Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Simply Serenity. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made and postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required. For online orders, your order number or email confirmation is acceptable.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at tonya@simplyserenity.shop. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item to:

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (including food, flowers, and plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return, please contact us before making your purchase.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider before the refund appears in your account.
